IOS (Interchangeable Optical System) is a lighting system that blends high performance and great design flexibility in a single technical solution. Created in 2005, the fruit of research by Fabio Reggiani, it is the first interchangeable optical system. Luminaires incorporating the IOS optical system can reach a luminous efficiency of up to 90%, more than 25% higher than that achieved with reflectors featuring conventional optics.
